Jarad Anthony Higgins, known professionally as Juice WRLD, was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter born on December 2, 1998, in Chicago, Illinois. He gained prominence with his breakout single “Lucid Dreams” in 2018, which reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and showcased his talent for blending emo and rock influences with hip-hop.

Juice WRLD’s debut studio album, “Goodbye & Good Riddance” (2018), was both a commercial and critical success, featuring hits like “All Girls Are the Same” and “Lean Wit Me.” His music often explored themes of heartbreak, mental health, and substance abuse, resonating deeply with a younger audience. He continued his success with the album “Death Race for Love” (2019), which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.

Tragically, Juice WRLD’s life was cut short when he suffered a seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport on December 8, 2019, and later passed away at the age of 21. Despite his untimely death, his music continues to influence and inspire, with posthumous releases like “Legends Never Die” (2020) and “Fighting Demons” (2021) further cementing his legacy as a significant and impactful artist in the music industry.
